First room they gave us was trashed and they could not figure out another room for us. Finally after about 20 minutes they gave us another room.

I like that the rooms with two queen beds also have a kitchen and a table with 4 chairs. The beds are comfortable. At the point I stayed December 2023 they had traditional box spring and a separate mattress. Other hotels are going with one box/mattress combo. Glad to see TownPlace Suites in Lima Ohio hasn't converted yet.

Great Stay!
We ended up at this hotel after another one was so dirty we couldn’t stay. This hotel was the exact opposite. What a wonderful experience. The room was fantastic. The front desk staff was amazing and the service staff was a big help. I will definitely be looking for the chain of this hotel in the future.

Dont stay at a pet friendly hotel ever again
The hotel itself was great. Unfortunately someone next to me had 2 bug dogs that barked their full heads off for 4 hrs straight. Not happy at all.

The grounds surrounding the property were nice, but my hotel room wasn't clean. The dining table was dirty, the chair and ottoman were covered in dried skin and dandruff, and the comforter on one of the beds was dirty with lipstick stains on it. Back to Howard Johnson's for next stay in Lima.

Room was great, I feel the smell of sheets and towels could be improved. The thing I had the most uneasy feeling about was the staff set outside around a fire pit. It should be in rear of building. I did not know if these were homeless or smokers or what, just unprofessional. Just my opinion.

It was okay. Found previous occupants swimming goggles sticking out from under one of the beds. Looked under the bed and also found a pile of crumbs. I don't think they swept the floor from previous ones. Didn't use the pool so can't comment on it but everyone was friendly and breakfast was okay. Beds and pillows were okay. Parking was easy and in a quiet location. TV was in an awkward location. Other than the sweeping the floors and the location of the tv I don't have any complaints. I would recommend this hotel.

I like the modern hotel but, no shower caps or way to de-fog the bathroom via a switch. I like the cable/ t.v. and streaming options too.

Stayed here in November and had no issues so when we had to comeback to the area again we chose this hotel . Checkin easy, has a small bar (was out of my bourbon) but had a couple others. Nice breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Overpriced!!
For a hotel that seems to just be a few years old the upkeep hasnt been very nice. Leftover trash from previous guest in our room was left on the floor. A Kit Kat wrapper to be exact. Also, didn't have enough staff to open the hotel bar 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. Did allow us to check in early so that was nice.
