Hotel was clean and comfortable. Area was calm and quiet. Staff were friendly. We had forgotten some personal belongings including AirPods. The cleaning staff did report finding them and they were kind enough to store them for ours for a few days. We were already at the airport on our way to Cusco. We really appreciate the staff doing this for us. Kudos to Denis and Cesi. Thank you!

Excelente lugar y servicio en el hotel y el desayuno estilo buffet (incluido) delicioso. pero no puedo recomendar el restaurante ni nos miraron tuvimos que ordenar por delivery por que pedimos mesa una noche y nos ignoraron.

I arrived from a long flight to the property, I do not recall her name, but the lady who checked us in was nice and fast, I mentioned that it was my 4-year-old son's bday and the following morning he received a very nice chocolate with his name saying Happy Birthday! this made his day and he loved it! so we truly appreciate this kind gesture. We also traveled with our 2 kids including a newborn baby, The front desk was kind enough to provide complimentary late checkout out so we were able to finish packing to go back home. So thank you, front desk team. We recommend this hotel, is also near restaurants, a gas station, and Larcomar. We will come back.

Very good, clean room. The safe locker is not fixed but can be carried away. Very quiet room and nice breakfast.

Amazing stay at Nobility Grand Hotel! The staff, breakfast, neighborhood, and room were great! Everyone was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The shopping and restaurants were very close to the hotel. We will be back!

We showed up for breakfast at 9:00 am and there was not a lot of food left , and they don’t refill , although breakfast it's until 10:00 am that happened every day we were there , they need to improve in that department.

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is extremely helpful. The neighborhood is safe. The street is a bit noisy but I think that is characteristics of a hotel in the city. We will be back.

The property was clean and felt safe. I was traveling as a solo female and it was my first trip to Lima. The hotel arranged a shuttle from the airport, the communication through the Expedia app was easy. Then I tried to arrange an airport shuttle for my friend coming to Lima a couple days later and it was difficult to communicate with the front desk staff what I needed. I don’t speak Spanish and the staff didn’t understand what I was asking through “Google Translate”. Uber is great in Lima. The hotel advertises a bilingual staff, not a fluent staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. It was a 16 minute walk to the coast. I didn’t go outside by myself after dark. When my friend got to town we walked around by the hotel and the ruins and we felt safe walking there. I would recommend the hotel. It was a great hotel for the price.

Handy location
Arriving from the Uk this was a good place to get over the flight and see a bit of Lima 25 mins walk to Kennedy park Miraflores and 20 mins to the cliff top walk. Rooms have very small windows so not the pleasant to sit around in but reception areas we’re comfortable

Very nice hotel, on the higher end. Breakfast was good and the restaurant is good for dinner as well. Rooms were clean, quiet area, safe to walk around. Super close to Huaca Puccliana. A little ways away from the busy area around parque Kennedy, and not as much to do in this area, but super quick to grab a cab or bus to get anywhere.

To do Little but better with furniture in the room it should be 2 chair because 2 people is in and 2 table next to the beds only one bed stand. Also in the bathroom no place to put some used towels.

The staff was professional and courteous. The upgraded room was large and roomy, the bed and pillows were confortable. The water pressure in the shower, was low. The entire building smelled like food due to a restaurant on the 2nd floor. The hallway on the 8th floor had a rundown carpet, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. But the worst experience, was the noise coming from the street. The hotel is located on a busy street, and there is no sound insultaion on the windows.

The hotel was beautiful and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed visiting the local "Huaca," only two blocks away. We also visited the Inka cultural shops for great souvenirs. The hotel is in Miraflores, the safest place in Lima, so we had no trouble walking around. Access to Ubers and public transportation was also available. The staff at the hotel also offered to change our dollars to soles, which was great since we didn't have to go anywhere to do that. Overall, I would definitely recommend and come back.

Enjoyed the service of the staff and cleanest of the room. The only thing that was almost unbearable was the outside traffic noise you could hear from the room (8th floor) as thought you were standing along street. This would be a major issue if you're an light sleeper, if not the case go for it and you will more than likely be satisfied with this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, excellent service, great breakfast that was included in the stay, awesome personnel: Nohely from front desk, the girl from arequipa in the front desk, the other guy that does overnight at front desk, Maribel from the kitchen with her amazing breakfast food, Percy from houskeeping always keeping the room clean. If i come back to Cusco, i will deff stay here again :) . You wont be disappointed if you stay here.
