This was a great stay and walking distance for all activities. The breakfast was good and overall staff and service was excellent. For it’s location I found it quiet! The only downfall I would say was the towels and sheets are in well used condition but otherwise it was all good

The friendliest most accommodating staff, excelente service. Very good breakfast and clean, walking distance from most attractions. Good memories of Javier, Dante, Gilbert, Beatriz, Nichole . Most definitely will go back on our next trip.

I arrived at the hotel.... The person at the front desk spoke zero English... the hotel was closed. This hotel was selected because of its location , they did find me a new hotel farther away thye market

The hallways are awful- the carpet needs changing. The room was clean, no air conditioning, no hangers, broken curtains. The place really needs more TLC

Boa localizacao. Centro de miraflores. Bom cafe da manha. Quarto amplo. Confortavel. Chuveiro sempre agua quente. Fiquei pela segunda vez apenas uma noite , ao retornar de um tour e fiquei num quarto com ar-condicionado o que foi melhor do que estive alguns dias antes. Mas o rapaz da manutencao me arrumou um ventilador e ajudou. Recepcao do hotel atenciosa e prestativa. Recomendo

Die Zimmer sehen nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos, die Zimmerreinigung funktioniert nicht vernünftig und Frühstück wie es im Preis enthalten sein sollte gab es auch nicht.

Os funcionários são cordiais, me deram um mapa do bairro, a recepcionista sempre me ajudava com as localizações, onde pegar ônibus, etc. O hotel é organizado, tem elevador, água quente, internet, e é limpo. O café da manhã self service. E a localização é boa, fica próximo do shopping Lacomar, Parque del Amor, Huaca Pucllana, dentre outras atrações turísticas.

Se perdió una pertenencia mia dentro de la habitación, pedí apoyo al personal del hotel y no solicionaron nada y el dueño siempre se negó a solucionarme y dar la cara. Se le paga al hotel para tener tus cosas bajo resguardo y seguras, pero en mi experiencia fue todo lo contrario. Este tipo de cosas no deberian pasar, en este caso me tocó perder a mi como cliente.

Hotel con habitaciones comodas y suficientes. Servicio de restaurante puede mejorar aunque es el tipico desayuno americano. Bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras de sitios de interés. Adecuada relacion precio/calidad.
