"Being so close to the wildlife centre, I saw more animals sitting on my porch than I did in the reserve itself. The food at the restaurant was delicious and staff were attentive. The owner had the courtesy of introducing himself and seeing if everything was fine. Rooms were spacious and the grounds were clean. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend. "

"The staff are all very nice and helpful. They were in the process of remodeling a wing so clean was a challenge. Then their hoover was broken so the poor staff were sweeping rugs using s dust broom. I really look forward to the new mattresses they promise in the superior rooms as they just installed in the standard rooms. Breakfast is eggs your way then dinner type savories. Pretty much same every day. The breads are very dry so dont get eaten. No pork, good for non pork eater. The breakfast...

"this was fine for a short stay at a budget rate. the location is safe and quiet and the place is clean, but there were no Covid protections in place. The studios have no phone to reception, toiletries and water are not replaced, and staff not particularly attentive. Not a single staff wore a mask except on request."

However, the people working at the hotel are kind and try their best with the limited tools and training they have been empowered with.There is no shuttle service attached to the hotel.
