"Even though I had and paid for the night's stay I was turned away because the clerk said she had no rooms. When I told her I had a reservation with Expedia she said "well, that's something you'll have to take up with Expedia" and as such I ended up paying $80 more at the Holiday Inn who were excellent! This place, a total ZERO!! Buyer beware about a place who doesn't regard the customer with reservations any help or explanation."

"The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. We have enjoyed stays here in the past, and we hope the team can correct the issues as we would stay here again on future trips if they do so."
