"Rooms were clean but poor condition very old"

"Hotel under construction Call before you book here 6 am nail gun going off every morning. Restaurants are closed except one. Know before you go Staff were amazing and best part of our trip as was the sunny weather. and the water park was great if that’s your thing. Expedia site is misleading as they don’t tell you about the construction renovations and restaurants being closed. I would stay here again but not until they finish Reno’s and fix all of the broken things (elevator ice machine) etc. "

"Parking on the side of the building was ok. There were a number of people living in vehicles around the back though. The room hasn’t been updated since 1983, but the pillows were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and very clean. The property as a whole was pretty dismal and not at all like the pictures. Definitely not a 4-star property as listed on Expedia. "
