"This property is wonderful.. it's out in the country. Probably 20 miles from Saracusa, And that is what the issue is: If you drive to the property, no problem at all. But if you take a taxi, be prepared to exist on only the breakfast that they offer. "Hotel was so convenient to the center of Ortigia and the most beautiful piazza Archimeade- lots of cafes and restaurants. Emanuela, who ran the hotel was so helpful with valet details and giving us lots of suggestions for breakfast and dinner. They upgraded our room and they had a really comfy bed with the best pillows! "Myself and my girlfriend stayed her for a short (a few days) trip in Ortigia, and the experience was great. The location is amazing, right on the beachfront near everything, and the staff go above and beyond. We weren't the easiest guests im sure, we had many small, but persistent requests and the staff were consistently friendly, and more than happy to meet our requests with grace and enthusiasm.
