Decent business hotel
Business hotel close to the airport. Nice art installations, excellent breakfast, a bit tired room decor, sometimes slow wifi, lacking charm and vibe, professional staff, highly functional but rather forgettable from a global perspective.

Amazing hotel in libreville
Amazing hotel , well maintained , food well prepared , fresh and delicious . They just need to improve their room service , in some days , it’s tooks 1h to get them answering my call . Great service laundry I was surprised how fast they get my suits and shirt ready in less than 12h .

The gym and pool were both closed, this was the only reason I booked this stay. It’s very expensive for 1 night and you don’t have access to these facilities

It was okay. Room service was very upsetting. Waited forever for food - it never came. Called and apparently they did not understand what I ordered. They tried to make it up by giving me food for free.

There was no airport transfer upon arrival inspite of having confirmation from hotel. Upon complaining the Manager said he will revert but never did until now. None of the ATM's inside (3 of them) work. Neither does the hotel offer conversion service. In a over 100 rooms hotel, it appeared that occupancy was just 10%. Check out was terrible and took 25 mins as the hotel's card swiping machines didn't work!!!! WOW... Radisson class....

When I arrived at the Airport in Libreville, the Immigrstuon Officer demanded that I pay him a bribe, even though I had a valid visa. I demanded that he call the Radisson Blu hotel and Nzaba Reiche Nellia, the Hotel’s Airport representative was extremely helpful in getting the situation resolved. She also helped me find another flight to depart from the ROC earlier than I had planned and gave me excellent suggestions on how to find the places I was interested in visiting. Without question, my stay in the ROC would not have been the same if it hadn’t been for Reiche. On the other hand, I found the restaurant staff very unhelpful and rude when they discovered that I only spoke English.

Good business hotel in Libreville
The rooms of this hotel have been recelty renovated and those are now up to international standards: very comfy bed, aircon in working order and very quiet, nice walk-in shower and clean bathroom, decent desk to work on. The gym is not too big but enough for a quick exercise and the 2 pools are great for relaxation. Choices at breakfast are varied: bread and croissants were excellent (on par with the bread you can have in France), pancakes. muesli, fresh fruits.... Staff is also very friendly and accomodating: As I have a later departure flight, I asked for a late check - out and I managed to get a 6 PM check out offered, which was great ! Overall, very good experience in a great hotel that I will surely visit again

Good stay on business in Libreville
Good hotel in Libreville. Yes it is expensive, but Africa tends to be that way unfortunately. Bed was very comfortable, hotel bar and restaurants are good and service is good. WiFi was also flawless while I was there - actually much better than I tend to find in hotels in the western world. Gym is ok and pool is nice.

Nice, but overpriced
I stayed here while I attended a conference and it was nice, nothing spectacular. It was a pretty pricey stay, considering it was undergoing renovations and there was no fitness center and no pool. Bed was pretty hard and service was overall good, but a little spotty. I had to ask for my own coffee pot and towels, but they responded. They took my laundry and cleaned it without my asking for that service (I left the clothes in a plastic bag on the floor and I guess they thought they were being helpful.)Breakfast buffet is excellent, as is the restaurant.

I was not at all comfortable with my stay. I was staying in Le Meridien but due to non availability for 3-4 days I had to shift to this hotel. When compared to Le Meridien this hotel stands no where in terms of services, location, price etc. Some basic things were missing in the room. No Iron was available, only small water bottle, No Power plugs, Locker was not working. In spite of multiple complaints, staff did not turn up and when I shared at the reception the list of complaints I had then they took the action. I would not recommend this hotel

Gabon is the problem
Gabon is very expensive. Nothing works properly. Very few people speak any English. Often they are rude and sloppy. Hotel had no water and electricity for half a day and during night. Staff friendly here at Okume palace but no sense of realities and how things should be in a hotel where you pay USD 250 a night. They claimed my booking was not paid for, only guaranteed, despite showing them my receipt from Hotels.com. Safe did not work. Air condition does not work in many rooms. Had to change several times. One small towel in room. No info folder in room. No telephone nrs for service. Telephone did not work anyway. Internet spotty. My impression seems much the same as that I see in other reviews. The Meridian hotel looks like it could be better but the reviews I have seen are no better. That's Gabon for you.
