"Superb hotel in Saranda. The hotel is 3 years old but feels very new and overall clean. The staff is amazing and very friendly! The views from the top balconies are stunning and the pool is clean and quiet. 5-10min walk from the beach clubs and around 20min walk to public beaches. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel was a convenient location. It was clean and generally tidy. We used the family room on the top floor which also provided a large balcony with sea views. We booked the space as it indicated it had two King size beds which it didn't...it was a double with a single in one room and a double and single bunk bed in the second room. However with our family of five, this was fine. While at a more busy time, parking would be a concern, we were in Sarande at low season. The manager was helpful...

"The hotel and facilities were outstanding. But I did not like the LOUD music playing almost all the time. Started maybe at 11am continuing until maybe midnite. Not sure on the times, but closing the doors and windows did not help. Nothing to do with the hotel because it's like this all over Albania, but smoking in the public areas was annoying. Did not get the room I booked, Panorama Junior Suite Sea View. She said I booked that general category, not that room, but she switched me to correct...
