"All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a good variety. We would stay here again."

"Very good staff, they even have free washer and dryer for laundry."

"Property was very clean and staff was courteous. Just wish the breakfast had bacon as well as sausage."

"Our go to spot when visiting family in the area. Clean, comfortable, safe, and friendly staff. Easy access to restaurants. Free breakfast is a nice bonus."

"The carpet was nasty, the blackout curtains had stains all over them, the bed hard as a rock. Sent message through Expedia but no answer. The room felt worn out and dirty. Despite the good WiFi and decent shower, I would not repeat a stay."

"Loved it all everyone there needs a raise"

"I like to stay at this hotel because it’s close to where I do consulting when I’m in Spokane. The rooms are comfortable but there could be more transparent about their room cleaning policies. I don’t need my room cleaned every day but it seems uneven and they should offer more towels if they aren’t going to change them daily."

"Our stay here was good but the staff was truly excellent. Pleasant and helpful. The room was clean with housekeeping checking in halfway through our stay."
