"Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. "It really was an incredible place. Expect a rustic feel and to feel connected to nature. The rooms aren’t top hotel quality, but that’s part of the allure in my opinion. The views are breathtaking, the staff some of the kindest you’ll ever meet, and the food nothing short of a 5-star restaurant. Amazing drinks and I almost cried a few times with how beautiful the view from the restaurant was when we’d go to dinner. An incredible place to honeymoon or spend with your spouse!"

"We spent 8 days at the resort for our 30th anniversary. We loved it so much that we only left once to walk 200+ yards to long bay public beach. The lodging was spacious and private, and the grounds were lush and amazing. They had the foresight to build their own on site water treatment facility, brewery and huge garden as ways to be self-sustaining. The staff were incredible, professional and always friendly. Brittany, Shalom, Tristan, Carrie Ann, Andre, Leon, Chef Marina and so many others were the highlight of the trip. Great food, great drinks, and tons of fun activities plus an overall laid back, island vibe made us want to visit again and again. The Calypso Cat tour was awesome, as was the snorkeling, kayaking and the Hobie Cats were super enjoyable and included with your stay. They even have their own Spotify playlist! Bring LOTS of $5s, 10s & 1s with you and bless these amazing people. Thank you Antigua and The Verandah!!!"
