"Not a fancy 5 star hotel but Best staff and service! Super convenient. During my trip to Switzerland I stayed in a few hotels in Geneva, Lausanne and Villars. Alpe Fleure was the best among all. Loved the front desk Stefan (I hope I spelled it right), Caroline and the lady who did the shift on Feb 5th morning. The hotel had everything we needed. Great views. Good insulation it was never cold in the room. The location can’t get any better! Will not stay anywhere else when I travel to Villars...

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help.
