Trying to use my pass to get in the side door, did NOT work. Think the problem was I was to pull UP on the handle! I kept trying to pull down. Had to load up my car and go to the front side to discover you had to pull UP on the handle. There was a sign on that door. Would be a huge help to put that sign on the back door as well.

I had a dog friendly room that smelled pretty bad like dog before we even walked in. The bed was very uncomfortable. But, the staff was very nice and helpful.

Beautiful hilltop view, close to IHOP and brewery. Front clerk curtly checked us in, did not even refer to the free maps on the counter-we saw them on our own by luck. Our room was very clean but the “black out” curtains still allowed bright light in from the well-lit parking lot, the bathroom light and noisy fan go on together-this disturbing sleeping family in the middle of the night, the tub did not drain - filling with water during our showers. Holder with tissues pulling out of wall. Very good variety for breakfast except no bacon/sausage etc.

This property seriously need some landscaper help. The staff was not empathetic and did not display professionalism. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and the tub was dirty.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night with our dog on the way home from vacation. The room was dirty and we considered driving home the rest of the way rather than sleep at this hotel. The shower rod was falling off. Cobwebs, smelled like smoke, toilet dirty, sheets were stained, bush smashed on the wall. Drawers broken and some didn’t have handles, Other people’s hair stuck to the bathroom door, The grass outside looked like it hadn’t been cut in a month… I could go on and on. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fire alarm woke us up at 7am. Nobody knew how to turn it off. It looks like one guy does everything in the hotel including breakfast. Otherwise very nice place on a hill. It did the job.

This hotel was excellent! It was very well maintained, quiet and had a nice hot breakfast buffet in the morning. The room was very clean and very spacious. The fee for our dog was only $12 which was terrific. The parking lot was very well lit so I felt safe unloading the car late at night.

I think this property has one of the coolest views. You are on top of a big hill and get to look down and up at beautiful mountains and trees. The front desk was super friendly and kind and I felt the room and bed were comfortable.

The hotel itself was nice. However, it is somewhat remote. There are no restaurants nearby and any shopping requires a few minutes of driving. The price was reasonable and the view from high on a hill is very nice. The staff that I encountered were cordial, but less than helpful. I requested a receipt when I checked in and was told I could get it in the morning upon checking out. In the morning, I was leaving early (4:30) and the staff on duty then said I would have to wait until 6:00. So, no receipt! My overall evaluation places this property as mediocre.

There's ample parking (surprisingly, considering the location), easy access to expressways and to public bus transport. Friendly reception and cleaning staff. Fairly good breakfast (more than continental). Our room was clean and quiet.
