"They took my credit card payment way in excess of what was posted, then an additional 490.00 unauthorized payment. Nite staff person she was very rude and abrupt. Room was cold and would not heat more without a plug in heater. Day staff she was awesome "

"Clean rooms "

"The room wasn’t cleaned well, there was an old contact lens on the floor of the bathroom, the bathroom shelves weren’t wiped down, there was grime on the wall near the garbage can and the headboard had something red splattered on it. I gave the front desk photos and they were very friendly and appreciative of the feedback, however because we booked through Expedia and had paid already they said there wasn’t much they could do. They offered free snacks and drinks to take home. We didn’t notice...

"My stay in Hyatt Place was wo comfortable that it felt like home. What made a huge difference was the mattresses that they have in their rooms. It was so comfortable that i was able to have a good night sleep in the first night of my stay which was VERY RARE. I loved the gym there and used it very often. The breakfast was good too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean."

"Honestly, super friendly staff! We had a great room with AC & a great shower. Breakfast Buffett we heard was awesome, but because I’m celiac I stuck to the menu and they were very aware of my situation and accommodating. Great location as well! "

"we always stay in the tower. nice view. close to many restaurants and within walking distance- CHOPS, Dennys, McDonalds, Seafood city, Valerios, Red Lobster. also close to Superstore, costco, shopping centre. easy access to the highway."

Staff were mostly friendly, had breakfast there and I am not sure if the one at the breakfast area just lacking ethics or she’s really not having a good day.. either way it was bad that I have to complain and wrote the review here. Been having a lot of hotel stays this past few weeks, just the “service” was not for this place. It started with check in, I guess the staff were not happy to be at work?
