"Excellent overnight stay in this delightful spot in the South Downs, close to Worthing. Beautifully modernised premises in spacious well-kept grounds. Our room was first class, as were the service snd the excellent breakfast, cooked in front of us. Altogether a real find."

"Host Nick was warm and friendly. The hot breakfast was lovely, thanks to the ladies in the kitchen. Overall a very organised stay. The location of the Neymars B&B is great, just a min walk from the sea beach and around 8 min walk from the pier. The twin rooms we were in looked bigger in the photographs. The toilet/bathroom and TV was tiny. The WiFi was really poor, this is something that must be improved. Recommended stay overall! "
