Socialize at breakfast was fun; we do not look for venues base on BF so. The facilities outside the room looked like advertised; lived in. "My husband and I had an amazing time! The owner and the staff were super friendly and made us feel at home! They took wonderful care of us and gave us two days which we will never forget! "We dropped off our bags before parking and it is a very steep and narrow road. If you put the address in GPS you will not find it. We recieved directions while driving but did not get in time. The offsite parking "

"Mauro was a gracious and welcoming host! The property, although secluded and if driving, is on top of a very winding road, is well appointed with a patio that offers a spectacular view of Lerici. The chalet was quaint as well, located at the bottom of about 50 stairs, making trekking luggage up and down a little challenging, but everything else makes up for that! There is little wi-fi, so if that is a necessity, you may need to provide your own hot spot. "

"The property was quite comfortable. The bed was firm but not hard. It had a refrigerator with a small freezer. The rooms had been well cleaned. I can recommend this place. As in a lot of the places we stayed in Italy, one has to climb a lot of stairs to access the property. "

"I selected a room in La Perla Blu to be close to train station, away from traffic and near free parking. We got there and they’d switched us to an apartment on the main square. It was spacious and clean but VERY LOUD ALL NIGHT, every night. Party and carnival noise until 3:30, Town clock every 15 minutes, leaf blowers and pressure washers starting 5:45 am. Three nights, no sleep. And only two half rolls of toilet paper for three nights. "
