"Location was lovely. Cute square just outside the building with lots of bars and cafes. They all close by midnight, so the noise is not an issue. A short walk to the city centre. Staff was wonderful. Metro station directly outside of the hotel. The rooms are slightly tired, but clean. Some minor repairs to walls, flooring and fixtures would refresh the property."

"Sisäänkirjautumisen aikaan kukaan ei tullut avaamaan ovea, vaikka yritin soittaa ovikelloa ja soitin hotellin puhelinnumeroon, josta ei vastattu. Odotin ovella reilun puolen tunnin ajan, kunnes sain huhuiltua postiluukusta siivojalle, että hän päästäisi minut sisälle. Huone oli siisti ja siellä oli myös jääkaappi. Ulkos ei kuulunut ääniä huoneeseen. Aulassa on kahvia ja keksejä saatavilla, mikä oli kiva plussa. Sijainti on hyvä melko lähellä metroa."

"Please do not even think about staying at this property. The photos you see are not realistic of the situation encountered. Mold, door to the shared balcony does not close properly. Dirty, old. Was present at the property for 40 minutes because of the unsafe and unhealthy conditions. When we requested a refund it was denied. Again, do NOT book this property!!!"

"Location was good. Not difficult to find. Would be good to have a sign or picture of the front door to make it easier. Instructions were clear. Place was very clean. Room was also very clean. You will need to use stairs to go up/down (both to the rooms or common areas) - consider that if you need accessibility. Kitchen and living area are in the basement. Well kept, includes oven, microwave, kettle, stove, fridge, dishwasher. There is one baby high chair if you need that. Only unclear...

"Das Zimmer war leider nicht wirklich sauber. Der Check in ging reibungslos. Die Armaturen im Bad sind ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Dies würde das Zimmer wieder aufwerten."

Quartiere europeo collegato perfettamente all’aeroporto dalla stazione Louxemburg a due passi dall’appartamento.Ottimo collegamento al centro città bus 95 e 38.Struttura pulita , appartamento spazioso e ben fornito ,personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di utilizzare presso la reception ,della macchina dell’acqua per la necessità giornaliera."

"The stay was not in a great neighborhood. Door handles loose, faucets loose, light switches dirty. Exposed pipes & electrical in bathroom. Beds had bed bugs. "

"I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. "
