We were surprised that there was coffee and tea available in the dining area when we checked in. Staff was great and answered questions that we had. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in Lethbridge!

Rooms posted are not the rooms you get. The renovated floors must be somewhere else as our rooms ( multiple) had stained red carpet everywhere. Bathrooms need update. Main building / office and breakfast bar are all updated and nice

This property was easy to locate, clean and met all our needs. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and the breakfast had a good variety. The bathroom fan was VERY noisy, and the parking was very tight, but easy to work around.(Big pickups will have issues.)

This was not a comfortable place to stay. It felt old and uncared for, and they only had a thin wool blanket on the bed, and three small pillows (1/2 size) for 2 people. Staff were friendly and customer service was good.

It was convenient, inexpensive accommodations. A great bed for sleeping. The bathroom was very clean. Overall it was clean, the rug (flooring) was not perfectly clean (therefore 4 as a score) and the mirror in the main part of the room was not perfectly clean. I realize it must be hard to keep a rug tip top especially when the room opens to the parking lot. The blackout curtain is a bit short in length so there was a strip of light shining along the length of the window; there was an outside light on all night that definitely intensified the brightness. One of us was hard done by because of the light. The breakfast is very, very basic. I always look forward to the hotel free breakfasts! So, I was disappointed. No boiled eggs, mini omelette, preformed sausage etc. The breakfast is: muffins, bread, bagels, mini condiments, yogurt, 2 kinds of cold cereal and make your own waffle, there is milk, coffee & juice. All in the front lobby!
