"The online photos are deceiving. The rooms are small, and accessibility is an issue for folks with mobility issues. Linens in the rooms were uncomfortable. Beds themselves were very springy/ uncomfortable. The hotel itself appears to be poorly maintained. High touch areas have been “spot cleaned” debris / dust/ grime evident throughout areas.
Towels at the pool/ hot tub regularly not available.
Towels that were available, or in the rooms had staining.
Hair dryers in rooms did not work. Internet was spotty.
A/C stopped working in one of our rooms, and while it was repaired, it was a large inconvenience.
Hot tub jets did not work.
Breakfast was okay. Coffee creamers for coffee was curdled.
While it was a low rate, we would not book again.
Staff were attentive to issues, and easy to deal with, however overall cleanliness/ammenities were not what we had expected with the Days Inn brand."
