"We stayed at the Sunbird Lodge for 3 nights, and it was very peaceful and quiet. It had two twin beds, a set of bunk beds, small kitchenette, television, air conditioning, desk and chair, as well as outdoor patio. The pool was clean and extremely warm, but refreshing. "Yes nice Hotel"

"Staying with the sisters who run the property and the other staff became increasingly pleasant with every passing day. Plus, I was more than comfortable in my room, where they don't skimp on pillows for those of us who like to sit up in bed to work. There's no generator on the premises for the load-shedding but that's normal for comparable properties. Just stay atune to the schedule is what I learned in southern Africa."

"Fantastic size and cleanliness with plenty of supplies (milk, tea, coffee, fruit, cleaning products) provided. Staff would assist with anything uncluding washing up and laundry, so not really "self-catering" if you wish. Note: parys of road can be rough depending on rainfall so I would not use a sedan, but at least a light SUV. "
