You will need to use the earplugs supplied for night traffic noise and possibly bring an eye mask. The rooms are very bright with big windows esp. if you are sleeping on the sofa bed. Nice seating areas if you need to work on your laptop for work. The full-size kitchen is nice for heating up...

"The building itself was recently renovated inside with new decor and modern furnishings. There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. We didn’t see a single person using any of the common spaces on our floor 3 or the main lobby floor and it seems the building is largely empty of permanent tenants. There is...

"My wife was in the Methodist hospital for a week so I needed an affordable place to stay. This rental unit was perfect. It smelled and appeared very clean and had all the amenities that anyone would need. There were plenty of towels. The unit was very quiet and I never heard any neighboring occupants. "We really enjoyed the property and the area. It’s in a perfect spot with a variety of different food options all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and cute. Only downside was there’s no WiFi connect but you need that to operate the tv so I had to pay for 1 month of Xfin!ty. Other than that everything is right there for you to enjoy perfect “home away from home”."

"Very good accommodations for the price. Convenient, clean, modern, comfortable. However, 2 issues -- 1 minor and 1 that might impact a return visit. The minor issue was that the shower curtain was torn and didn't prevent water from getting all over the bathroom. The second issue was the tremendous noise coming from Juniper Street on both nights. There was partying going on outside until 3:00 in the morning, and the noise level was unbearable -- worthy of police intervention."
