"Stayed in a garden view room. The room was average but housekeeping was good. The food was average. Limited variety. Staff were not great unless you continued giving them big tips. It was an average hotel and way too much money for average. "

"Very steep hill from oceanfront room (Mermaid beach) to big house where terrace restaurant is. I could not walk up there due to back issues, but staff would pick me up in shuttle van.
