"Customer Service was horrific."

"The hotel is isolated from the happenings on the island. I was told that the hotel was fully booked but there were no other cars onsite besides my rental. There was no one available for common questions and the gate was closed by 5pm. This was a manual gate which is fine but the lightening was bad on the exterior of the property making it difficult to see when returning after dark. When it was time to check out there was no one available and I had to shout for a while until a painter came down...

"Ce n’est pas un hôtel, comme indiqué sur Expédia : pas de réception, pas de piscine, mais une simple maison. La propriétaire a « manqué notre réservation » : donc logement pas préparé à notre arrivée. Puis elle parle de vérifier si nous avons réservé la formule avec petit déjeuner, alors qu’Expedia affiche que le petit déjeuner est compris… A noter aussi que la terrasse devant la maison ( côté mer) est celle du restaurant voisin."

"Had the best time staying here with my wife and kids! Enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning eating al fresco and taking in nature was truly recharging. Great experience overall. Definitely coming back."
