Wrong Choice

We didn't stay. On arrival, we found the room was absolutely minuscule - like a Formule 1. From the website photos, we didn't expect this. Also, the room had an unclean smell and two minutes after entering, a strange man came to the door and said we were in HIS room! This made us uneasy about security so we went back to Reception without unpacking. The Receptionist tried to help and offered another room, but we dicided to leave and stay somewhere else, even forfeiting the payment. Perhaps I made a mistake in choosing this hotel. In my opinion, it is more suitable for business travellers on a very low budget, but not for holidays. It is situated in a commercial / light iindustrial area, not a residential suburb.

Hôtel très mal isolé donc très bruyant ! Il ne faut pas s’attendre à du luxe pour un hôtel Première classe… Mais quand même. Salle de bain trop petite, on se lave les dents sur les toilettes tout en ayant les pieds mouillés par l’eau de la douche.

Nous etions dans un 1ere classe a angers sud certe l'hôtel et bien le personnel est super mais le prix pour 3personnes petit dejeuner est cher jai payé 19e mais a part du pain , du pain de mie et des pain au lait pas grand chose d'intéressant dans un autre hotel 1ère classe située a Angers toujours il y a des viennoisseries pourquoi une telle difference alors que c'est la meme enseigne .La chambre est tres propre mais la vétusté des murs et bien présente. Dommage car j'aime cette enseigne

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et le deuxième jour la chambre n'avait pas été faite. Le troisième jour la salle de bain n'a pas été nettoyée. De plus, dès notre arrivée, une mauvaise odeur se dégageait des WC. L'annonce sur le site indique que toutes les chambres sont climatisées. Pour notre part, ce n'était pas le cas. Nous avions un ventilateur. Sinon, le personnel était aimable.

A fuir si vous voulez de la tranquillité

Nuits horrible avec des va et viens incessant de personnes étrangères qui étaient ivre morte dans les couloirs avec claquage de porte jusqua tres tard. Le parking est un lieu de rdv a des chauffeurs polonais qui echanges les colis qui doivent traversé le territoire ( canapé, cartons, chaises, table et j'en passe ...) trop de va et viens sur ce parking alors quils ne sont pas client avec en prime un accrochage sur ce lieu le soir du 25/06/2024 ou la BAC a été appelé. Pour ma part , plus jamais.

Passez votre chemin vraiment

Une nuit horrible ,nous n’avons pas fermé l’œil de la nuit . Après avoir roulé 800 kms nous avions juste besoin de dormir et ça n’a pas été possible Le lit devait être cassé ,car au moindre changement de position un bruit épouvantable ! Nuit atroce vraiment Literie et lit à changer ,porte savon dans la salle de bain cassé . Comment peut on louer une chambre pareille nous aurions mieux dormi dans notre voiture et avons repris la route plus fatigués que la veille . Une honte !
