Our room had its own private hot tub and sauna, making the combination of historic charm and modern comfort absolutely perfect. The château dates back to the 1500s, and staying here gave us the feeling of literally living in another era. From the beautifully maintained grounds to the incredible historic setting, every detail made the experience special. We also really appreciated how environmentally conscious the property is. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. We loved the honor system, which gave the property such a warm, relaxed, and personal feel. Another favorite was the upper-level area where we could sit, relax, and take in the beautiful views of the surrounding area. This was so much more than just a place to stay—it was an experience that felt like going back in time, while still enjoying wonderful modern amenities.
