"The hotel is very central, less than a minute from the beach, not too far from the train station and perfect for exploring Saint-Jean-de-Luz. We booked a comfort room with terrasse. The room is nice (not too large though) and the terrasse features a table and chairs. However there are many restaurants in that street and the tubes from the restaurant kitchens exhaust fans are just by the terrasse so expect the small of cooking. I would chose that room again though as the rooms facing the street...

"Great location in a beautiful town. Staff friendly and helped me with the parking reservation in a parking area few steps from the hotel. Rooms small but very comfortable and clean. Few blocks from downtown and the beach but away from the noise. I drove there, but the train station is just in front of the hotel. Many restaurants nearby. Good affordable option."

"The owner of Hotel Les Goelands is a gem of a person. Although we had a bit of a problem checking-in, he more than made up for our inconvenience with his conscientious, affable and charming personality. Hotel Les Goelands is a lovingly operated family business that has been in existence for 90 years.
