"Staff is awesome!!! They are very nice and helpful. Hotel is close to everything and safe. Room is very clean and they provided toiletries which is great! The only thing I hope that will be better is the pressure of the water in the shower. Aside from that, everything is great and wonderful. Definitely staying here again if we’re going back to Lyon.
