"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"We just stayed one night, but the staff (Matteo.. and I can’t recall the woman’s name) were so welcoming and helpful. Room as expected, small but comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Only negative would be thin walls so we could hear other doors opening and people talking, but not super late. It was really quiet overnight."

"The young man who took us in was very friendly as well as the lady receptionist. But we had terrible experience with the guy that was on duty when we picked up our luggage. This man was very rude and mean! Not respectful too. Do not talk to this man if you do not want your day to be ruined.
The elevator was out of order and we had a hard time carrying our luggage from 2nd floor. We are just thankful for the lady receptionist that helped out.
The a/c was not working too thru out our stay though...

"Super netter Empfang und wir konnten auch früher einchecken. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es Wasser und Kaffee for free. Hotel ist eher klein aber alles super schön und vollkommen ausreichend. Frühstück war auch alles da und das Personal war auch dort super freundlich. Lage zur Metro 5 Minuten Laufweg. In der Umgebung waren viele Restaurants und Cafés. Alles top und ich würde immer wieder buchen."
