"The staff were really helpful, I was going to arrive late and no one would be at reception but they provided full info on where my room key would be and how to access it. During my stay they couldn't have been more helpful everytime I asked for info. Rooms cleaned everyday and mini toblerones on your bed, yum yum.
I saw maintenance ongoing, which is positive, at least they didn't ignore faults in the hotel and keep going while trying to maximise profit at customers expense like many hotel...
"Un trés bel hôtel en plein centre de Verbier. Les équipements sont parfaits, le personnel est trés attentionné et profesionnel. Trés bon pdj avec un large choix de produits frais.
Nous avons bénéficié d'un pass pemettant d'utiliser les télécabines pour descendre dans la vallée ou monter à 2000m.
Un large choix de restaurants à proximité.
