"We were surprised that the sheets and pillows were provided separately and we had to put them on ourselves. The pillows were low quality and flat. The location is convenient though not walkable to a lift. The pool closes at 19:00 so don’t expect to go after dinner."

"Rooms are clean, spacious enough and the cleaners do a fab job. Not too far from ski-area lifts too. However, it’s all a little tired and our ‘triple room’ was a double with a squeezed in extra bed that didn’t align to the wall and lights. There was one wardrobe and a lack of hooks to hang up anything ..."

"Slope access was excellent ski in ski out. Receptionist was Brill and sorted out an issue upon arrival with great skill. It's quite a steep walk up and down to shops and bars so be prepared for that."
