"Room was VERY dusty. Might need to change their air filters. My safe was locked upon check-in, so I called down right away to let the front desk know. A couple of days later when I still couldn’t get access to it, I called the desk again and someone came later that day to open it. The outdoor pool was “not available” during our stay. If I had known that, I would’ve looked at other hotels."

"Started with a clean room, but housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay. We asked for clean towels but didn’t receive any. I walked down to housekeeping room and got my own towels for family. I also emptied our own trash. Front lobby clerk in the morning was rude and I think he tried to be funny but was annoying with his words. We had a leak to ac unit. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Second day they ran out of coffee right away so I recommend going down early....

"We had a bug in the bathroom and the sheets were dirty . Staff was nice , breakfast was good . Air conditioning great . The only thing I don’t like is that you have to sign in to get free wifi ."

"We always enjoy staying here. It's a neat place and the back area outside is really interesting place. Great place for a party with DJ and all that. The restaurant is excellent, and given the quality of food quite affordable."

"We had switched from another hotel that was very disappointing. We were very happy with the hotel. The only complaint is the ac was right next to the bed so that person froze and the other bed was warm. Not great room planning."

"Ramada Santa Fe is an excellent value. This is more of a hotel than motel, as all indoor entry. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and seating. Fridge, microwave and large flat screen tv. Keurig type coffee maker. It’s a very safe environment. Decent modern bathroom with tub shower. Would be a 10 except head manager can be grumpy, not sure why. Other staff are fine."
