"The rooms were fantastic, great location walking distance to town and close to the north western beaches. Lots of local restaurants around, which were delicious. Daniel was so helpful and always a friendly face when we walked into the accomodation. Water refill was a massive bonus and the air conditioning worked fantastically!"

"Highly recommend this eco-friendly stay on San Cristóbal! The thoughtful sustainable design and low-impact practices, along with excellent fresh water from a local distributor, made our Galápagos trip feel truly responsible and comfortable. Hosts Harry and his wife were incredibly helpful and accommodating, sharing excellent local insights, arranging tours, and going out of their way to make us feel at home with delicious breakfasts each morning."

"Beautiful property in San Cristobal. Our family of 4 had the oceanview room. It was such a joy to watch the sea lions play from the pool. We had a busy vacation so it felt heavenly to rest and relax at the resort for a couple of days. The food was great. We had the breakfast buffet and their poolside menu. The burgers and pizza were excellent. The hot chocolate was loved by all. The beef stew in the morning with the plantain patties and yuca bread were so great. We celebrated my husband's birthday here and they brought us a yummy dessert of brownie and ice cream to share. It was lovely. The front desk staff and wait staff were all excellent. We highly recommend!"

"Ubicación excelente, el hotel tiene sus años pero las habitaciones estan remodeladas, sin embargo no hay agua caliente (muy pocas veces había) y hubo un día y noche sin WiFi. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno."

"Great daily breakfast! The hotel is under renovation (nearly complete). Avoid rooms on the main floor (no view and depressing). Second floor is better but the third floor is nice. Terrace. No elevator though. Overall, good value for San Cristobal."

"We had a great and enjoyable stay at Golden Bay Galapagos. The room was meticulously cleaned with very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as you can walk to everything, restaurants, beaches and entertainment. They have the best cocktails in Galapagos. Look for those freshly made pizzas in the evening. Thank you to an amazing staff We will absolutely return to Golden Bay Galapagos."

"Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy positiva desde el primer momento. El personal fue siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier duda o necesidad, ofreciendo información clara sobre el hotel, los servicios y las opciones de la zona. La limpieza de las habitaciones y de las áreas comunes fue excelente, algo que se agradece mucho durante la estadía. La habitación era cómoda, tranquila y bien cuidada, ideal para descansar después de un día de actividades. La piscina también fue uno de los puntos más agradables del hotel: limpia, bien mantenida y perfecta para relajarse en familia o desconectar un rato. En general, el ambiente del lugar transmite tranquilidad, seguridad y buena organización. Se nota que hay cuidado en los detalles y buena disposición por parte del equipo. Sin duda, es un hotel recomendable para quienes buscan una estadía cómoda, limpia y con buena atención. Me voy con una muy buena impresión y lo tendría en cuenta para futuras visitas."
