"The hotel is connected to Michelin guide restaurant which is amazing for dinner and lunch ate there every night the hotel room is nice there no air conditioning you need to ask for a fan the hotel staff isn’t there much so I had do self check in when arrive besides that the hotel is good 40 mins walk to centre "

"Everything was top-notch...Except for the bathroom. Luckily, I was just overnighting; coming from a different part of Serbia to catch a very early flight and just needed to sleep for a while. Shower had lots of mold and toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Fix that and you have a winner."

"Our confirmed and receipted booking wasn't showing on the system so we were told we couldn't book in. After a long and tiring wait, we were allowed a key.
The room heating was off, shower bracket is placed at knee height so totally useless.
There's a kettle but no mugs or tea/coffee and only one glass. Towels are worn and stained. A very poor effort - would not recommend."

"The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads. I have to call for everything. It feels like something is missing, hopefully they will mange the property better in the future."

"First of all,I am asking two night of refund because out of 3 night stay, there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL.How do you take shower?
