"What a fantastic stay in this hotel. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were always greeted with friendly, helpful staff, whether it be answering our queries or just saying a friendly hello as we passed. "We had an OK stay. Dinner service was extremely slow, took over two and half hour and food was not anything special. The room was dated and so was the pool area. The views are fantastic and the forest behind the hotel is great for walks and trail running. No AC. "
