"The parking was convenient as it was off season so able to utilize parking structure next door. Restaurants in the hotel were closed which was a disappointment & not told ahead of time and discovered when attempted to eat there. View from room was amazing, quiet easy access to falls and parks."

"Overall, the hotel is clean. They serve breakfast free every morning. The staff is professional, pleasant and accommodating. I went for my daughter’s spring break and we had the best time. The hotel is very close to maple leaf place if you want to go maple and chocolate tasting. Niagra falls and Clifton Hill is about an 8 minute drive from hotel. Another hidden gem is Niagra on the lake; it’s about a 20 minute ride. Niagra on the lake is peaceful, wine city and home to ice wine. Overall, happy...

"They don’t have a hot breakfast, it’s just tiny donuts, apples and oranges and woffels , I went to the breakfast as soon as it started in the morning and there was already lots of people there so I just took a coffee and went back to my room, it’s just a tiny free breakfast room with nothing much ,,, and parking your car is an additional $22 per night, , didn’t use the pool or hot tub or sauna, always lots of others were using it, so didn’t bother, but besides that it was clean and comfortable...
