"This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice. The room had a working aircondition for heating and cooling plus centralheating. "Great location and good hotel. My only MINOR complaint is that sometimes you have to chase to get your room cleaned. However, when you ask it is done straight away. Other than that - perfect."

"Everything was ok, but there was some misinformation on check-in regarding balcony access. Also, there seems to be payment issues for foreigners (which I have not experienced elsewhere)... Other than that, all was ok. I'd say again if the need arises."

"The staff were kind and provided detailed guidance. The facilities were good overall. However, I was not informed in advance that there would be a banquet when I went to the restaurant for a meal. Additionally, the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of doors closing were excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep. "Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! We liked the place so much that we stayed an extra day. Conveniently located by some delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much! "
