Dejligt sted med personlighed

Meget skønt stad med den varmeste velkomst af dejlige værter. Vi boede i nyopført bolig og manglede ingenting. Der blev hver morgen leveret hjemmelavet morgenmad i græsk stil. Vi troede at poolen var til fælles brug så vær opmærksom på dette om der er pool til din bolig. Stedet ligger tæt på indkøb og forskellige strande hvis man har bil med. Vi vil komme retur og kan varmt anbefale dette sted.

One of the best places I have been to

A family run accommodation - both father and son very friendly. The place is in a lovely quiet location about 3 min drive from the village centre. The apartments are clean and modern furnished with a nice view over a small green valley. In the morning, a home made breakfast is served in a basket right to your apartment. In short, one of the best places I have been to.

No stone unturned

Nikos and his mum and dad go the extra mile to make your stay a happy one. Set in a green low-lying plateau, the two-storey villas are very spacious, and the individual swimming pool well maintained and nicely “bedecked”. Lots of great beaches on the south coast nearby - especially Agiofili and Ammousa - while the famous ones on the west coast, eg Porto Vatsiki, are only half an hour by car. Recommended eating place in Vassiliki is Vagelaras - excellent grilled octopus, stuffed tomatoes and tuna salad.

Ruhiges Apartment in schöner Landschaft

Wer ein ruhiges Apartment sucht und gerne abends das Panorama einer typisch griechischen Landschaft betrachtet ist hier richtig. Zimmer ist schön, sauber, Frühstück nach griechischer Art wird so ab 09.00 Uhr ans Zimmer gebracht.

Ok but no access to swimming pool

We came to Il Viaggio Verde for a quick getaway to explore the area. We were a bit disappointed with our experience. On arrival, we were told we were not allowed to use the swimming pool as this was 'private'. We obviously weren't happy about this and asked why then the pool was in the hotel's main picture and why this was not specified in the room description. The owners apologised and gave us a complementary bottle of wine but overall this was disappointing as in 35deg heat we were looking forward to relaxing in the pool.. On top of that the air conditioning wasn't working at first and we (and the owner) couldn't find the remote control but the owner replaced it once we came back after a day trip Its in the countryside so be prepared for a few insects (e.g. ants in bed) but the area is quiet and a short distance to Vasiliki.
