"The hotel itself is very nice. Nothing was lacking about the room or the amenities. However, the policy of NOT doing daily full room service cleaning and replacement of towels was not appreciated. We had to personally request each day that the bed be made and the towels be replaced and the room be cleaned (they call it a Full Service Cleaning).
