"When we came room was clean, but I can't turn of television, I can change channels, but it didn't turned off. Bathroom looks clean, but toilet was absolutely dirty inside, and I find somebodies underwear in Bathroom. Breakfast was not very bad but little bit poor. We were stay for 2 days, but nobody comes and clean our room and change our towels. "

"It was just completely horrible there I mean it's run down and it didn't look like it was cleaned for a long time the laundry room was really dark and was connected to the main lobby the rooms smell kind of moldy and just generally unappealing. "I forgot an art print here in my room. $50 Print. A normal hotel you could call somebody because housekeeping would turn it into lost and found. With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. So because they have absolutely no contact with their customers, I am out of $50 art print from my vacation. And that absolutely sucks. It was a small but acceptable room for what you pay.
