"I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the front desk staff. They are highly unprofessional, treating guests as if they were criminals and the staff were the police. It felt like they were suspicious of everyone. The check-in process was painfully slow, with the staff constantly checking something and taking forever to issue room keys.
