"There was no one at the front desk at any time, entering or exiting the lobby. Had to call for check in and check out. On check out approximately 10am a staff appeared (after calling her on the phone) in a bra and sweat pants, barely awake. Carpets throughout were awful(dirty and ruffled). The smell of weed on entering and while walking down the hallway was very prominent."

"I did not like that I could not get a printed receipt for my stay. I was told that it could not be done because the room was booked by a third party. I was the one that booked the room through my wife's {and mine} Expedia account. And now on line the receipt is burried so deep that it is difficult to find. It also does not give an adegate break down of costs specicically the amount of GST. It only has a general "taxes" number."

"Great staff and cleanliness. Excellent breakfast options and offering. Very nice bug room with a hot tub for the price. I really appreciated how kind the staff were. Unfortunately however, our hot tub did not work, and the air conditioner in the room was rather underpowered and warm. The fireplace was left on which further warmed up the room and I had to shut the gas line off since the room was getting rather warm.
