"Lovely well positioned guest house in Ogunquit. Lauren our host was very welcoming. We had room 7, which has a view of the ocean, slightly overlooked by the bar behind but this didn’t cause any issues. Allocated parking at no additional charge. Plenty of good quality shops/restaurants in the vicinity. Hotel bar had a great atmosphere. Only suggestion for improvement would be for a kettle to be provided. "

"Excellent location. Friendly, helpful, staff. Room was well appointed and clean. Short walk to The Marginal Way. Our stay was just one week before full summer time amenities - the only reason not to score a 5 out of 5. We'll come back, in season, for a chance to color in that fifth star, I'm sure."

"Probably my favourite overnight stay my whole trip!! We lived it here in this family run lodge, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, great free breakfast provided, swimming pool and fire pit with wood and chairs all ready for you…… and to top it off - the Northern Lights made a show!! Kennebunkport was beautiful and I couldn’t of found a better place to stay. The lady gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars which we followed and had a stunning meal and a great night. "Firs, I will say the towels were clean. The room however was shabby beyond compare. The floor isn't level. There are holes in the wall. The curtains are falling off the rod and held in place with zip ties. There were dead bugs on the floor. The rug was stained. The bed was sunken in the middle. The dead bolt on the door doesn't work. I don't know how this owner can allow people to stay there in this condition."

"We’ve stayed here several times and usually had a positive experience. The office manager was delightful and very nice. I don’t know her name. But, she was helpful and friendly. My biggest concern was the door to the annex building where we stayed next door. We’ve never stayed there before. The room was big and nice. But, the front door had to be left open constantly. The card swipe was broken. I only discovered it because a sign on the door indicated it should not be propped open. So I...
