"My fiancé and I have stayed at this hotel since it’s very close to the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport. It’s always been reliable, clean, and the staff has always been friendly to us. The only issue we had was the WiFi would intermittently cut in and out and the television in Room 304 needs to be updated. Overall, the Comfort Inn at this location is a great spot and you will get a good rest here."

"Drake the Manager was terrible. We couldn’t check in when we arrived at 4pm due to another group having an extremely late checkout. And when we came back at 6:15pm we still couldn’t check in. He was not at all compassionate and when I complained he said “I don’t have your money, you can ask Expedia for your money back but I don’t have your money” verbatim. One of the worst hotel check in experiences of my life. I’d rather pay a fortune to stay downtown than deal with this guy ever again. The cleaning staff Alicia was the only bright spot."

"Felt embarrassed by Breakfast staff First of all they have not issued my breakfast tickets when i checked in( for which i paid). And then when i went to have my breakfast and they asked for a ticket which i didnt have, then i said let me go and get the ticket Then the breakfast lady came running behind me and when i was talking to the receptionist, she was tell her that some thing like “not everyone will get breakfast” and ran inside to get manager By the time, the manager came and asked is there any problem, she gave me breakfast ticket after looking at my resrvation. I felt sooo embarrassed by that breakfast staff. Which i never felt like at any hotels Not even at motels."

"Overall okay for the price. Toilet lid was broken, shower had stains and roaches were found in the room."

"There are no smoke free rooms at this location. People outside pushing shopping carts full of things. I was promised a smoke free room only to find out that this really was not an option. Had to cancel and go to a clean motel."
