"The stay was great from the moment we arrived. The staff was attentive but not too overbearing. The location was unique and the grounds were beautiful. There were 3 pools and all were pleasant and different. We were upgraded to the prestige suite, which made our trip even more exceptional. I would highly recommend stay here."

There did not seem to be anyone who could speak English who could help newcomers to the area locate or recommend restaurants or nearby places to visit. As a first time visitor having a concierge available would have been helpful. We missed the first night due to all trains to Marseille being cancelled but they wouldn’t refund our first night (which I do understand) or I didn’t even get my free beverage at check in (after a long car ride to get there). staff was ok but not super friendly at front desk (at least the gentleman at check out). The bar was swarming w fruit flies including all over the fruit they were using so that put me off getting a slice of lemon...
