"I have to make a compain to expedia,o arrival at 8 in the evening ,i found out at the reception that we were not booked through expedia even though we did so 2 days prior ,we were standind there with my disabled wife trying to find out why ,thank god there was a room available and we checked in ,what if not? After a long drive it was the last thing we wanted ,i expect expedia to give us an explanation, and what are they going to do about it ,awaiting a quick response "

"Ingen WIFI på hotellet, selvom det tilbydes. Rengøringen på værelset fyldte ikke op med papir på toilettet, så man måtte selv ud og tage fra andre steder. Affaldsspanden på værelset blev heller ikke tømt, og efter 5 overnatninger måtte vi selv ud og lede efter et sted at tømme den."
