"This is a new development in a quiet residential area. We stayed in a good sized 2 bedroom unit. The kitchen was well equipped and included a dishwasher. The TV needed a card and only had French channels. Plenty of storage space throughout. Black-out blinds in bedrooms came in useful when getting the children to bed. Personnel très accueillant et a l écoute sauf une personne celle qui réceptionne le samedi a l arrivée elle se reconnaitra elle était plus occupée a faire la belle avec l homme a tout faire que de s occuper des arrivées, enfin bref nous ne sommes que des payeurs , D ailleurs a ce sujet je trouve un peu élevé de payer 70€ pour un chien qui lui ne consomera qu un ou deux litres d eau pour son séjour vu qu on doit nettoyer l'appartement avant départ donc même...

"Generally a nice stay in a lovely area. Unfortunately, the resort feels a little tired, and under-maintained. Pool area was nice (if chilly), well located, mostly helpful staff (although when we asked for certain things to be fixed, they were not done in a hurry). Language was a slight barrier, but most of the staff tried their best. Batz-sur-Mer and surrounding area is really lovely. "The property was well located, plenty of parking in the hotels paid car park (not expensive). Had chosen the superior room so i could cook in 1 room and not sleep in the same room with the cooking smells. Only down side was there wasn't a comfortable seat or sofa, or a TV in the bedroom. "
