"Delay in checking in (almost 5pm). Initially wouldn’t turn on the ac in the hotel stating it wasn’t early enough in season. Was hot and must have had several complaints so ended up turning it on. "Wife and I stayed here 5 nights for our anniversary. Only complaint is the booking not letting us book another night for our 6 night trip. We had an amazing experience! Staff was very friendly, hotel and room was very clean. Staff was very helpful, offered to hold our luggage even though we had checked out already.
