Close to train station

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable but there was no door on the bathroom and there was no climate control, except a window. We were facing the courtyard which people were enjoying until late at night. Unfortunately because it was warm and we had the window open, our room became very smokey and the noise made it difficult to sleep. The hotel served its purpose but I do not think we would stay there again.

Transit Stay at Hotel

I stayed for one night before onward travel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was available early so that I could get an early train, it was also a generous amount.

HÎtel à éviter coûte que coûte !

Chambre au 4Ăšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur, escalier trĂšs etroit et bruyant, sol des couloirs et paliers de portes trĂšs bruyants Ă©galement, chambre vĂ©tuste, murs sales, peinture sombre style annĂ©es 80, fenĂȘtre avec vue sur gare fermant mal, la literie est semble t il doit Ă©poque puisque molle et inconfortable au possible, salle de bains avec WC broyeur de moins de 3m2, douche trop petite, sale, tuyau apparents, sales, pas de place pour poser quoi que ce soit sauf peut ĂȘtre sa brosse Ă  dents sur la tablette en verre placĂ©e au dessus du ridicule lave mains faisant office de lavabo, mais Ă  vos risques et pĂ©rils ! L'accueil est souriant mais c'est la seule chose positive que vous retiendrez sauf si vous tombez sur le patron qui ne s'en donne pas mĂȘme la peine !! La transcription de la rĂ©servation sur leur book Ă©tait fausse, fautes d orthographe et erreur sur la durĂ©e de mon sĂ©jour. L'Ă©tablissement prĂ©tend faire Ă©galement office de bar et il existe effectivement, malheureusement il est dĂ©pourvu de boissons alcoolisĂ©es comme de la biĂšre tout simplement ! Le petit dĂ©jeuner est un mĂ©lange de produits les plus bas de gamme, le jus de orange n en est pas et le cafĂ© filtre mauvais. Les viennoiseries rĂ©chauffĂ©es au four Ă  micro-ondes..........

HÎtel de dépannage

La chambre ne correspond pas à l'annonce. Parking à 5 euros supplémentaires mais pas de place pour se garer. TrÚs bruyant! On entend les chasses d'eau et douches des autres chambres. De nombreuses fois réveillés à cause des bruits a l'intérieur de l'hÎtel. Mais pas de bruits de rue.

HĂŽtel prĂšs de la gare

Nous cherchions avant tout le proximitĂ© de la gare. L'hĂŽtel de Rennes est situĂ© juste en face de la gare. Nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© gĂȘnĂ©s par la circulation. Par contre la chambre nous a déçus. La rĂ©habilitation est parfaite en ce qui concerne la salle de bain. La chambre par contre n'Ă©tait pas trĂšs agrĂ©able et surtout nous avons Ă©tĂ© rĂ©veillĂ©s Ă  2h30 du matin par les voisins (chasse d'eau et lavabo). Le gros point noir est l'insonorisation. En ce qui concerne le petit dĂ©jeuner, rien de spĂ©cial Ă  mentionner (yaourts, fruits, jus de fruit, cĂ©rĂ©ales, compotes Ă  disposition). Le personnel Ă  l'accueil Ă©tait agrĂ©able

Hotel trÚs correct ,trÚs bien situé .

Il s'agissait de retrouvailles avec des amies de longue date ( nous avions fait nos études ensemble de 17 à 21 ans ) ,et comme nous arrivions en train de différentes régions de France , c'était trÚs pratique d'avoir ce point d'ancrage tout prÚs de la gare . Les hÎteliers sont trÚs accueillants .

Idéalement placé pour arriver en train et profiter du centre du mans qui a quelques minutes à pied (ou 2 stations de tram) Le confort de l'hÎtel est limité mais pour quelques nuits, cela est suffisant. L'accueil est assez chaleureux.
