"This is a charming and most certainly underrated hotel in the heart of Batna. It is a 10 minute walk from the railway station and is operated by a very friendly owner who speaks English fluently. The room had an ensuite which was well lit and relatively new and a balcony overlooking the town plaza. ..."

"J’ai réservé cet hôtel car il y’avait la piscine mentionné sur hôtel .com arrivant à l’hôtel la piscine fermée depuis deux ans donc je trouve ça inadmissible et trompeur pour les clients dans une ville où la température atteint les 40degre et c’était non remboursable je trouve ça décevant."

"Tout est parfait et je conseil 100% cet hotel. Juste un conseil: un ascenseur devrait être pour le service (celui de la cafétéria) et l'autre pour les résidents (celui de la récéption)...à certains moments (surtout le matin et heure du diner), les ascenseurs sont pris par le service et on attends ..."
