"This is a beautiful resort. The crew was very helpful and friendly and assisted right away when we called for help setting things up. The food in the restaurant was very good, and the rooms were very comfortable. Air conditioning was great, and hot water showers were a plus. The pool is one of the prettiest pools I have ever seen. Unprofessional or incompetent or both either way it shouldn't have happened. Maybe look at staying somewhere else rather than Diamond De Siquijor Beach House"
