"This is a delightful hotel. It is in a great location in the old town. It's close to attractions, but tucked far enough back from the main square that it's quiet at night. "Beautiful hotel. Really 5*. Only issue was the distance from centre of Toledo. Factor in €12 per taxi trip to centre. Courtesy bus would IMO trove attractiveness Lovely pool and views of Tagus Great restaraunt within walking Jardin Casa de tabordo . Cross over pedestian bridge to get there 12 mins walk Didn't try the restaurant. Was close ed one of our night's"

"An excellent stay. The hotel is a little out of Toledo, which I thought was an advantage. No noise, peace and quiet - perfect. Breakfast was very good, excellent quality. The swimming pool was very pleasant. My room was spacious, clean with a first class terrace. I liked the fresh lemon water in reception - especially as it was very hot. Hotel staff were genuinely cheerful. If I ever return to Toledo this hotel would be my first choice. The only negative. Nothing to do with the hotel. Public transport into Toledo was extremely limited. So a car is essential."

"Apart from how excellent this accommodation was, I felt like staying in a royal castle. The rich history, smell of the old castle, furniture and surroundings add so much to the experience. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had an early morning train so they were so accommodating in packing our to-go breakfasts. Very happy and glad I stayed here. "
